I went in two weeks ago and noticed that there was only one sales assistant doing her best to serve customers, while her colleague, who I remember having red hair, was chatting with a rather large assistant behind her, even though there were about ten customers waiting. I don't blame this sales assistant at all; it wasn't her fault that we had to wait several minutes. When it was my turn, I asked her if she was often in this situation, having to manage a sale alone when she's just an apprentice. She told me that, unfortunately, it was quite common. I find it deplorable to leave young people in this kind of situation; aside from discouraging them, it doesn't achieve much. I've been to this bakery several times and I've witnessed various cases like this. Fortunately for the customers, there are some very pleasant sales assistants, but unfortunately, this isn't the case for the rest of the staff, or even the shop manager—a heavyset blonde woman I've glimpsed several times—who seemed very unpleasant and haughty towards the team members. I think that for the good of the bakery, it might be time for the owner to pay some attention to the management of his shop, because this kind of thing is quite blatant in the eyes of the customers. My thoughts are with the people and young people who have to endure this oppressive atmosphere caused by certain colleagues or the shop manager. Best of luck to the employees.

Avoid at all costs! It's not homemade and it's really not good.

Good bakery. Following an initial misunderstanding/dispute, the customer service was responsive and found a satisfactory solution. I appreciate their professionalism and attentiveness in resolving the issue.

Great welcome... Great service (they offered a loyalty card). The saleswoman I worked with that day was excellent, well done! There could be a bit more background music (you can hear everyone's conversations), but it's a pleasant place to relax. I'll be back.

Especially the baguettes, by far the best baguettes ever... congratulations to the bakers, and I've been to a lot of bakeries, "nothing compares" haha)
