Very disappointed with my baguette order. My order wasn't ready on time, and they tried to give me barely cooked baguettes, which I refused. Very disappointed. The team needs to be reviewed.

Today, I went to get some baguettes, Sophie... I asked for golden baguettes, and the saleswoman gave me soft, white ones. Does she even know the difference between golden and white? I wonder! Your sales staff needs to be reviewed.

Good chocolate croissants, but beware! I ordered three chocolate croissants, one of which was free, along with two coffees. After the machine charged me €2 too much, I noticed that two more chocolate croissants were missing. The baker didn't react at all, and there was no way to return them. Without a receipt from the machine, I had no recourse. She simply offered to sell me more if I wanted... a complete rip-off!

Hello… The staff are very pleasant, the price is reasonable, but they're always out of éclairs on the pastry side.

I just wanted to let you know that despite the quality of your bread... it's rare... even at any time of day to find well-baked white bread! Apart from baguettes... and unfortunately, this happens far too often... It's a shame... I'll be buying it elsewhere... thank you

Always a warm welcome and above all an excellent baguette, Sophie, which makes me travel miles to buy it, but I don't regret it because this baguette is, for me, the best you can find in the Hauts-de-France region!
