We had excellent food for lunch yesterday. The service was provided by Noémie, a very pleasant and professional young waitress. We look forward to returning to share a convivial moment at your establishment.

Nothing to complain about! Great service, really good. Special mention for our server Alexy! He's really top-notch, he deserves a raise!

The Buffalo has been renovated, and the staff are welcoming.

We went there yesterday for my birthday. We usually go to Noyelles, where I'm very happy. We wanted to go to Carvin yesterday, but that was a big mistake… A 15-minute wait before being seated (and that was during the week, I can't imagine what it's like on the weekend). We waited from 8:00 PM to 8:35 PM, and still no one came to take our order. I had to go find a waiter myself, who wasn't very pleasant either, just to get our order taken. We waited for our aperitifs. He came by, cleared our tables, and said, "I've sent out the main courses." He didn't even ask if we wanted anything else to drink first, nor did he offer us the salad, so I had to ask for it between the aperitif and the main course, which he had already started. He was clearly in a hurry to finish all his tables and get us out. The main course arrived almost immediately, and we had barely finished eating when he asked what we wanted for dessert. He served us the "famous cookie," which I usually get as my favorite warm with melted chocolate. This time, the cookie was hard, practically frozen. The wait was extremely long and he was exasperated; you could clearly see it on his face. When you go to a restaurant, especially at the price you pay, you expect someone to be friendly. I can understand that he was in a hurry to finish, but if he doesn't like his job, he can simply change jobs… The wait is something we could have overlooked, even though we were hungry and had the time, but the way we were received and welcomed was unacceptable… We won't be returning to the Carvin location, especially not for my birthday. I was extremely disappointed!!! :(

We ordered two Caesar salads and two large chicken tenders with pepper sauce. The Caesar dressing was bland, which was a shame. My mother didn't enjoy it. The service was quick, and the waiter was very friendly and smiling.

We sat at table 14 this evening. The Eldorado menu was excellent value for money, as usual! The waitress was also fantastic in terms of welcome, politeness, helpfulness, and smile. Give her a big thumbs up! 😊

The service was extremely slow. We waited a long time before being served. Furthermore, I found a hair in my dish, which therefore had to be sent back to the kitchen. We then waited another 10 minutes before receiving a replacement. Despite this inconvenience, no compensation was offered. I am very disappointed with this experience.

Go to a real restaurant, not this dump, please.
