Domino's Pizza Carvin

It's a chain, admittedly, but I've ordered several times and it's been prepared quickly. There was a problem with my last order, but it was resolved. The staff is responsive and pleasant.

Excellent experience, the welcome and speed were all there during my visit to Domino's Pizza CARVIN!

A disaster!!!! Order of 2 pizzas: - Crousty Pizza: Crème fraîche, crispy chicken, mozzarella, fried onions, parsley, Heintz sweet and spicy sauce. - Americana Pizza: Crème fraîche, mozzarella, crispy chicken, merguez sausage, sautéed potatoes, cheddar sauce! Ham and cheese pizza box, fries, 3 chickenitos. A woman on the phone who clearly didn't want to work and was extremely unpleasant! The order arrived 30 minutes late and after 2 phone calls: - 1st call: "It left 5 minutes ago, it should be here by now." - 2nd call 15 minutes later: "It left 5 minutes ago, sir (in an aggressive and extremely unpleasant tone)!" " When the delivery driver arrived, she told us she'd left the pizzeria 25 minutes earlier because she had to deliver to Libercourt first, then Camphin, then Bauvin, before finally delivering to Provin (she actually left from Carvin!!!!). Results: - Cold pizza, one of which wasn't even cut! - Incomplete box: fries and three chickenitos were replaced with breaded cheese and wigs! Of course, the €1 surcharge for the chickenitos was still charged! For the Americano pizza: the Cheddar sauce must have been out too! - On both pizzas, we desperately searched for the chicken! After receiving the order, we contacted the same woman, who clearly didn't want to work, and she said: 'Yes, ma'am, we're out of fries and chickenitos, so we replaced them!' My wife asked her: 'Don't you warn customers when that happens?' 'Yeah, well, sorry!'" “My wife informed him that the pizzas were cold and then… ‘No, ma’am, that’s impossible, she has an insulated bag!’” P.S.: I didn’t know an insulated bag could keep pizzas warm for 25 minutes! I would be happy to speak with the owner if she wishes to explain the shameful behavior of her staff! This is the first time I’ve ordered, but it will be the last! Avoid this place if you don’t want to waste your time and money and eat cold food, but especially if you don’t want to eat something other than what you ordered! Look at the photo, it’s a disgrace!!!

Absolutely fantastic, go for it, you won't be disappointed!

I went there to order three pizzas, I left with three pizzas I didn't order, the shelves were empty, the menus weren't up to date

I love Domino's pizzas! And even more so when I get my delivery from Keltoum, who is so pleasant and smiling! It's a welcome change from other delivery drivers who are sometimes the complete opposite! Thank you to her for her good cheer 👌🏼
