This pizzeria isn't really Italian... When you see a grocery section with authentic Italian ingredients, you expect to find them in the pizzas. The carbonara pizza has bacon and ham, while there's guanciale on display—what a shame. Furthermore, the dough is more like brioche bread, the kind you'd buy a pizza from a bakery.

The pizza is neither good nor bad. The pizza dough isn't really pizza dough, but more like a brioche. The price is reasonable.

Honestly, Pizza Pistone in Carvin is a sure thing! 🍕 The pizzas are super generously topped, the crust is perfect (not too thick, not too thin), and they always arrive piping hot. You can tell the ingredients are fresh, and it makes all the difference. Excellent value for money. Clearly my favorite pizzeria in the area. I recommend it 100%!

I've walked past this intriguing little shop several times, but never during opening hours. On November 1st at 1 p.m., surprise, it was open! Oh no, no more pizza; the owner had been cleaned out (that's a good sign). So I settled for a plate of fettuccine carbonara to go. The friendly owner, of Sicilian descent, gave me some tips on how to reheat it, and off I went home! Mamma mia, it was absolutely delicious!!! A very creamy dish with pancetta and a cheese whose name I've forgotten, which I enhanced with my Indian black pepper! And for only €7, what a treat! I'll definitely be back.

I ordered two excellent pizzas today. Delicious! I recognized someone I knew from culinary school almost 30 years ago while they were making them. Finally, a place where the staff are skilled in both cooking and hygiene! Keep up the good work! Fred
