Simply the most disgusting meal I've ever eaten. I ordered sushi and cheese skewers from there on Uber Eats, and I received frozen skewers, sushi and maki rolls where the avocado wasn't even ripe, and seaweed as hard as rocks. Absolutely revolting. You might as well buy sushi at Auchan; it'll be better.

Very pleasant staff!

First time here and not disappointed at all. It was very good; I had a salmon and avocado onigiri and four small chicken spring rolls. The price was more than reasonable and there was a good selection.

We've been coming here since it opened, and now, with the new manager, prices are changing and portions are decreasing. It's a real shame and not encouraging. It might be more profitable for management, but it's not good for us. Today, the portion was far too small, more than 3 cm from the edge. In fact, we were still hungry. I think we'll come less and less, and fewer satisfied customers will generate bad publicity and lead to even less profit, or even negative publicity. It's not the right way for customers... something to reconsider.

I came in this evening for sushi, a drink, and dessert. You should really check your refrigerators; they were definitely not cold enough. They were barely chilled! Given the temperatures and the ingredients of the products sold (salmon, avocado, tuna, etc.), it's essential that everything is cold, not just barely chilled! I have serious doubts about the refrigerator temperature! That's basic common sense in the restaurant business! The goal isn't to make customers sick.

I love going there to eat to break up my work-from-home days. It's good, it's healthy, and it's quick.

I was a little disappointed by my experience at Tao Bento in Carvin. One of the waitresses wasn't particularly friendly, although thankfully, the rest of the team was welcoming, smiling, and pleasant. I really like this place, but I don't go there often, and now I understand why a little better. It's a shame, because the experience could be even better with a warmer welcome from some of the staff. That said, it's important to emphasize that the rest of the staff is truly excellent!

First time at this chain. While the concept is quite appealing (build-your-own or pre-prepared dishes), the rest falls short. The prices are excessively high for the portion size. As for the service, during the lunch rush, the organization was lacking; no chopsticks were available, and we had to insist not to eat our sushi with forks. Although the taste was acceptable, the overall experience was disappointing considering the bill. Furthermore, my friend suffered from food poisoning the next day and had to miss a day of work. We won't be returning.

At the top and super good

The staff are great. However, it gets very hot inside, especially during heatwaves. This isn't ideal, particularly when fresh fish is served.
