A brick-and-mortar chip shop with a small, newly renovated dining area. I left a review a little over a year ago, when the ownership changed, but I didn't comment. The new team needed time to settle in. They've since done so, and honestly, everyone is incredibly friendly. The fries are excellent, perfectly crispy. I read a review saying there hadn't been any improvement in hygiene compared to the previous owners. I don't understand; perhaps they need to clean the glasses, but quite honestly, yes, there has been a significant improvement.

A disaster! The order arrived late, the panini and burger were soggy. I've ordered them several times and it's always the same... and no apology! As for the fries, if it's the owner, they're good, but if it's someone else, it's a different story. That was the last time.

I went there once, as the other chip shops were closed that day. I thought the hygiene would improve with the change of ownership, but it didn't. Maybe things have changed since my visit, but the fries were undercooked, and the bread was soggy, as if it had gotten wet (probably defrosted). The sidewalk in front has been redone, but it's a sea of ​​cigarette butts. There are bins nearby, and I think there's sometimes an ashtray in front of the window, but no, there are dozens of cigarette butts thrown on the ground. I hope the town hall will get involved one day; it's the only place you find so many, it's appalling. Oh, and be wary of the reviews: I'm not sure many of them are objective. They reek of reviews from friends, some more acquaintances than others. Or perhaps those who have never tried other chip shops.

The food wasn't bad. The hygiene and decor leave much to be desired. A little freshening up would do it good. The biggest drawback was the atmosphere. I thought I was going to eat, but no such luck! I ended up in a karaoke bar surrounded by high schoolers humming what I would call awful music. Next time, I'll warm up and shut them up with my old-school French pop! 😁 In short, feeling like you're eating in a nightclub isn't great... The managers should keep their remote control and turn down the TV volume.
