I've had several contracts with Mr. Sabatino Nicola and I recommend him 100%. Excellent advice, very attentive, friendly, and despite numerous questions regarding my five contracts, he was always available to answer me by email or phone. Thank you again! 👍

From the very first contact, you sense a warm, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere. The team is readily available, attentive, and offers excellent advice. You don't feel like you're simply being treated as a client, but more like a valued individual. I recommend this agency, not so much for its products—which should always be compared—but primarily for the quality of its service and the relevance of its advice.

Shameful! I waited over a month only to be told the repairs are my responsibility. I pay over €6,000 a year for the ten-year warranty. I'm leaving this agency with more than six contracts. What's the point of insurance?

Run from this agency that keeps charging you even though your contracts are cancelled and refuses to reimburse you, of course... this will and must be settled in court! It's a David and Goliath situation, we'll see what happens.

I didn't finalize a contract with this insurer, and in the end, I think it's for the best... When you have someone on the phone who constantly says "OK" (which is already a bad sign), the worst part is that this person doesn't take responsibility for following up on a file they've approved. Isn't it too easy to blame the client for the mistake? That remains my opinion, and regardless of your feedback, it won't change my opinion of this person's professionalism.
