Significant improvement in cleanliness

What a disappointment for our first McDonald's visit with my little boy! We waited over 20 minutes for our order (which was surprising since the McDonald's was empty and there were lots of people behind the counter). After that wait... surprise!... the order arrived cold. A joke? My husband asked to replace the cold order with a hot one. The young waiter didn't take the situation seriously, was condescending, but he still took the tray and told us he'd reorder. Ten minutes later, still nothing. After flagging down not one, not two, but three people behind the counter, we finally found a professional. He resolved our issue in two minutes, while we were waiting and the others were pretending not to see us... Thank goodness for that employee; I was about to ask for a refund and leave. We've decided never to go to McDonald's again, especially not that one. Next time we'll go to Burger King!

The state of the kitchen floor. I ordered an iced tea; the color was disappointing. The staff weren't very interested in what was going on.

This McDonald's could be more efficient if the employees were a little more motivated. However, we had the pleasure of being served by Gabin, who was the highlight of our day!

The opening hours don't seem right, opening at 11am according to the lady...

Ce restaurant est une catastrophe. Ils font une erreur lors de la commande : l’oubli de l’hamburger du menu et ne veulent pas compléter la commande. Vous avez affaire à une responsable du restaurant âgée de 19 ans qui vous explique de faire une réclamation pour être remboursé !!!! Sinon c’est pas plus simple de me donner l’article manquant que j’ai payé ! Inadmissible !!! Non seulement les employés ne sont pas capables de faire leur travail correctement mais en plus ils sont dirigés par une incapable ! Donc ce n’est pas très étonnant finalement. Restaurant à fuir.

As usual, things are missing, and on top of that, they take forever to serve at the drive-thru. Frankly, I'm fed up with paying for such crappy service.
