My daughter, happy to help, has gone there several times to order baguettes for us. She always comes back with the worst baguettes. Burnt to a crisp... Nothing beats local bakers compared to this industrial shoddy workmanship.

Nordic bread and baguettes are very, very salty, yet we're told to reduce the salt in baguettes. That's ridiculous!

I never write reviews. Sometimes you're not satisfied, it's not the end of the world. But this... I ordered one product and they gave me another. When I saw the mistake on the screen, I asked for an exchange and a refund because the product they gave me was more expensive and I'd already paid for it. They told me it would take a while, basically they made it clear it was a hassle for them, so they did nothing for me. And on top of that, the cookie was dry; I think I ate a cookie that had clearly been sitting there for three days. I won't be going back.

Unpleasant staff who cough constantly into their hands and on all the products, or at least what was left of them at 6:30 PM (not much) - suggestion: wear a mask? They don't offer the 3+1 deal. It would be good to indicate that you get a free product when you buy three, the bare minimum.

This Thursday, March 26th at 9 am, I ordered pain au chocolat. Surprise! No chocolate, instead a big hole in the middle of the bread. Weird.

I just bought four madeleines from you and oh my god, what a disaster! They were small and very hard, it's shameful. And the little frangipane galette des rois was terrible! Personally, you're expensive for what you get! Disappointed, disappointed

I bought a galette des rois (king cake), which I got half price at 7 instead of 15, and it was a disaster! It was a complete mess; even a beginner at home could have made it. The multigrain bread was the same—overcooked and at least 3-4 days old. My advice: this brand should stop making bread and pastries and let professionals who love this craft do it. It's not the first time I've been disappointed, but this is the last straw.

Hello, I went this Saturday, January 10th, to pick up a galette des rois (king cake). The galette was very good, however, we are still looking for the missing bean in the galette!
