Zero. 10 minutes to get through to them on the phone...if that. Served cold, an hour after ordering, and I had to go pick it up myself even though it was supposed to be delivered in 30 minutes. Previous customers were better.

A few years ago this was my favorite pizzeria, but since then I've seen the quality decline. I still came from time to time, but tonight... My pizza was like charcoal, black, and way overcooked... Is it really that difficult to control the oven's power?

They even deliver at the last minute every night, and the pizzas are always generously topped and delicious. Every time I've been at the counter, the staff has always been smiling. Hats off to the super-fast service, whether for delivery or takeout.

Très bonne pizza mais malheureusement ma fille a trouvé dans sa pizza rustique chèvre un poil ( style poil de barbe ) il faudrait peut-être revoir l'hygiène pour la préparation des pizzas.

I placed an order by phone today. The service was excellent, the lady was very welcoming, the delivery driver was very kind, and the pizzas were really delicious and generously topped. I'll be back!

A €42 online order was charged, but it wasn't delivered due to a "technical problem" (the employee was in a hurry to get home), because a website issue doesn't prevent delivery. Refund in 2 days! Not even compensation. As a chef who also works with delivery platforms, I can say this is shameful.

Worst website ever, no one answers the phone, you have to say so if you don't want customers

The pizzas are very good, and the order preparation service is very friendly and efficient. I find the value for money excellent, especially with their offer of buying two or more pizzas; a classic medium pizza comes to €9. Cheaper and just as good as a fast-food burger joint.

Passing through Marcq, I tried the pizza place, and the pizzas had absolutely no taste! €26 for two tiny pizzas, and that's only because we got a €12 discount. Seriously, put some cream or tomato sauce on your bases; these were bone dry. The goat cheese and honey pizza (without honey!) was disgusting. Even the €2 pizzas from Lidl are way better.

The wings weren't cooked (they were below freezing). They didn't believe me on the phone, so I went back immediately. They didn't acknowledge the problem, offered no solution, and were very rude. A very bad experience; I don't recommend it.
