Excellent tacos with amazing service

We ordered for 7:30 pm and were served over 45 minutes later. It's truly unbearable; such terrible service is a must-try! The food was cold fries, and I threw them away when I got home. The kebab was half-cooked. I don't recommend it, or if you do want to order, bring a snack.

Top-notch service and staff, don't change a thing, keep it up!

I ordered at 6:45 PM, it's 9:35 PM and still hasn't been delivered. I called at 9 PM to find out where the order was. Answer: The delivery driver is on his way. Still nothing.

If I could give zero stars, I definitely would! We've been ordering from them since last summer, and we've been patient and understanding, but tonight was the last time! We placed our order at 7 pm for delivery at 8:30 pm... We called twice. The first time, we arrived with the drinks, and 30 minutes later, still no one had arrived. Once they finally arrived, we asked for a discount, and we were given €3 for waiting over an hour! Avoid them at all costs! For a home delivery service, it's completely unacceptable to be delivered an hour and 45 minutes after placing your order! And this happened several times in a row!

Order placed for delivery at 8 PM. At 9:30 PM, we called and were told the delivery person would leave, but then at 10 PM, they called back to say they didn't have the drink we ordered, so they didn't actually leave. Completely unprofessional, no compensation offered, and absolutely no notification of the delay. Over two hours for two kebabs… So yes, the food was good, but it's really unacceptable when the delivery time is given as 9 PM, and then we wait over two hours without any information or apologies.

I've always been wary of fast food because I've had some really bad experiences, but this was my first time at Master Kebab, and it was the best choice. I don't regret it at all, and I highly recommend it.
