Qué Pizza

The pizzas are good, but don't order delivery. I placed an order midweek at 7:10 PM, with delivery scheduled for 7:45-8:00 PM… the delivery, costing over €4, arrived at 9:45 PM without any gesture or apology… not very customer-friendly!

First time at this pizzeria and I wasn't disappointed at all! The pizzas are beautiful and, most importantly, delicious. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the expertise. A big thank you to the pizza chef, Kevin, who was so pleasant and welcoming. It's always a pleasure to be greeted with a smile! I'll definitely be back!

The pizza was inedible, incredibly salty, and on top of that, it was cold when it arrived! As a gesture of goodwill, they ordered a can of Fanta but instead sent a bottle. The delivery was completely unreliable, arriving 1 hour and 30 minutes late. The driver claimed to be the only one delivering pizzas and burgers, which is simply impossible on a weekend. I absolutely do not recommend this place!

Order placed at 7 PM with delivery scheduled for 7:35 PM. At 7:58 PM, still no news. It was very difficult to reach them despite several calls. Once on the phone, the answers were vague; they tried to keep us waiting without really explaining the problem or giving a precise timeframe. After several requests to cancel due to the significant delay, each time we were categorically refused. The delivery finally arrived at 9 PM, more than 1 hour and 20 minutes late compared to the scheduled time. Most surprising: the delivery driver explained that he is reprimanded for each delivery because of the delays, and that he had already informed the owner that a single driver is clearly insufficient on weekends. It's not the customer or the driver who should suffer from poor internal organization. Very poor management and a real disappointment overall.

Order placed online at 7 PM. With young children. Order was supposed to be delivered between 7:38 PM and 7:58 PM. We called several times and were given the runaround on the phone. Order arrived at 9 PM!!!
