A wonderful experience at Legna in Fives. The welcome was warm, the team professional and attentive, and the quality of the products was excellent. The setting is pleasant and the service was quick. I came to eat at this restaurant with my children; it was a new experience for us. I ordered shrimp pasta, but unfortunately, I found a very strange piece inside, with a truly unpleasant texture. I immediately reported the problem. The manager came over, tried to understand what it was, and even went to see the cook, but he couldn't give me a clear explanation. At that point, it clearly looked like dirt or something that didn't belong on a plate. After getting home, I started feeling very unwell and ended up vomiting. What also disappointed me greatly was that, despite the situation, the manager offered no compensation whatsoever. The only thing I received was an apology, which is clearly insufficient given what happened, especially when you come to eat with your family and children. It's a real shame, because the experience could have been handled much more professionally. I am leaving this review to share my experience, hoping that the restaurant will take this seriously so that it does not happen again.
