We booked through The Fork app to get a 50% discount on the bill. However, this offer only applied to main courses, not to drinks and desserts. We decided to order two all-you-can-eat raclette meals. When we went to pay, we learned that the 50% discount didn't apply to the all-you-can-eat meals because they were considered set menus. Surprisingly, their menu had a "set menu" category, but the all-you-can-eat raclette wasn't included. Furthermore, the server showed no customer service skills and charged us full price even though we weren't offered any more potatoes, charcuterie, or cheese. This could easily have been resolved by simply charging us for two individual meals. Although the food was good, I was disappointed to come expecting a 50% discount and end up paying full price due to the unclear menu and lack of effort from the restaurant.

A warm and welcoming place. We came in July (a quiet period), the customer service was excellent, and the food was top-notch 👌. The service was quick and met our expectations. I highly recommend this restaurant; the mountain atmosphere will transport you to a winter sports resort.

Extremely quiet in summer (specializing in cheeses and raclette), very pleasant staff, excellent dishes – worth rediscovering in winter when the full menu is available.
