Subway

Arrived at 9:20 PM, - "Good evening, it's takeout only!" The welcome was relatively "warm" but rushed... As a regular at this Subway, the service has deteriorated, and some of the servers made me want to turn right around and leave. The sandwiches are still good (when they're made by other servers), thankfully. Disappointed, because we like to come here before going to the movies.

The food was fine. However, the atmosphere left much to be desired; it was cold. We arrived at 10 pm (closing time 11 pm) and felt like we were intruding (cleaning in progress!). Two employees were arguing. We were told to eat downstairs while they cleaned upstairs. The staff were cleaning while we ate, dust was flying, and it was noisy. Very disappointed!

We arrived at 10 PM and felt like we were bothering the staff, as they were already cleaning and the welcome was cold. While I was ordering, the person serving me and another employee were arguing in front of me (this isn't the first time), so they kept interrupting me and made me repeat what I wanted in my sandwich three times. The stairs were being swept while we were eating, so dust was flying right next to our table…

This is a must-visit for sandwich lovers, whether they prefer hot or cold. Top-notch 👍 Special mention to the manager 🙂

I just went to the Subway in Lomme, and the service was terrible. The saleswoman (the one with the butterfly tattoos) was awful. The food was great, but access to the patio was impossible. And to top it all off, the sandwich is usually very well filled, but today the butterfly tattoo girl made an empty sandwich! You can tell when someone is doing their job with heart. But today, she had absolutely no desire to work.

The service was poor, I don't recommend it, however the food is good.

The reception was icy, and they didn't respect my dietary choices either.

I am very disappointed with my experience. I politely asked an employee to change her gloves after seeing her handle meat. My request had nothing to do with religion or the halal status of the products, as I am vegan and simply do not want any contact with animal products. Instead of listening to my request, the employee replied haughtily that "it was halal," which was completely irrelevant. I felt she immediately jumped to conclusions based on my appearance and the fact that I wear a headscarf, rather than trying to understand my actual request. I find it regrettable that prejudice should prevail over listening to the customer. A little more professionalism, respect, and neutrality would have prevented this misunderstanding. I hope this review will prompt reflection on customer service and respect for diverse lifestyle choices.

A huge disappointment. The staff were very unpleasant and refused to change their gloves; as a vegetarian, this shocked me greatly. We are in France, please respect everyone's choices.

The waitresses were not very friendly; I rather had the impression of being a hindrance to their work.
