I received the following response from the owner of the establishment regarding a rather negative review I had written two weeks earlier. The Facebook group asks you to email them, which I did. I never received a reply. Response from the owner 2 weeks ago: Hello, we apologize for this negative experience. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we take your comments very seriously. Could you please send us your receipt and phone number via private message on our Facebook page? Sincerely.
