It had been almost three years since I'd been back to this restaurant, and unfortunately, this experience was a real disappointment. Initially, I wanted to order a pizza. At the last minute, the waitress strongly recommended the lasagna, telling me it was excellent. So I took her advice. Unfortunately, the lasagna was inedible. There was practically no béchamel sauce, just a very watery liquid at the bottom of the dish. It also contained hard-boiled eggs and peas, which I found completely unappealing. The result was tasteless and the texture truly unpleasant. When I pointed out the problem, I was simply told that it was "normal, it's the Sicilian recipe." I understand that there may be different recipes, but that doesn't justify such a mediocre dish. I barely took a bite, and the staff clearly saw that my plate remained practically untouched. Despite this, no compensation was offered: no replacement dish, no discount on the bill, not even a proper acknowledgment of my comment. The only response was, "Oh, that's a shame." This is very disappointing, both in terms of the quality of the food and the lack of consideration shown to the customer. I don't plan to return.
