I'm always delighted when I visit this bakery. There's a wide selection, and the products are truly high quality. The pastries are delicious and all look so tempting! The service is always pleasant and welcoming. It's a great place that I happily return to and recommend without hesitation.

This bakery was disgusting on my last visit, as it had been over a year since I last shopped there. The salty bread and pastries were hard and sickening. It's nothing like the previous manager. Avoid it at all costs; the new staff is also very unpleasant. I much prefer the bakery at Match in Halluin. The bread is delicious, as are the pastries and viennoiseries, and the staff is very pleasant.

Access to the air-conditioned room was denied today due to an outside temperature of 40 degrees Celsius, a day of extreme heat, supposedly because they were cleaning at 5:30 PM when closing time wasn't until 7:30 PM. The service was unpleasant; I do not recommend it.

I stopped by at lunchtime with a colleague for a quick bite before doing some shopping in the mall. I ordered a Caesar salad, some fromage blanc, and a bottle of water. The order process went very smoothly. The cashier who served me was particularly professional. However, I was very disappointed with the Caesar salad. It consisted mainly of lettuce, with very little chicken, no tomatoes, no egg, very little Parmesan cheese, and a general lack of garnish. It was really disappointing compared to what one expects from a Caesar salad. At the end of my meal, as I was politely returning my tray, I approached another cashier who was available and didn't seem busy. I simply asked her if it would be possible to make me a coffee. She told me I had to get back in line, even though there were already four or five people ahead of me with the other cashier, and I had already placed my order a few minutes earlier. Since I was already there and the till wasn't busy at the time, it seemed to me that a little flexibility would have been appreciated. In fact, her colleague pointed out that she could have served me directly. Faced with this situation, I finally gave up on getting my coffee and left the establishment. It's a shame, because a good customer experience depends as much on the quality of the products as on the welcome and the level of service. Visited on 11/06 at 1:00 PM

The owner and an older blonde woman are very unpleasant to customers and employees.

I stopped by at 5:55 PM (closing time was 7 PM) and was disheartened to find: not a single baguette left, no pastries whatsoever (zero croissants, zero pain au chocolat). The shelves were literally empty, except for a single raisin bread and three fruit loaves practically fighting over each other. I understand that production is limited at the end of the day, but there was absolutely nothing left to sell more than an hour before closing time. Very disappointing for a bakery of this size.

A hair in a pastry shop, which was changed without apology or anything after the comment and the feeling of not being welcome. The ladies keep touching their hair, whether it's one or the other. Smiling is optional. First and last time. It's a shame, it could have been much more pleasant. Have a good day.
