Great chip shop and great service. Highly recommended.

A cold welcome initially greeted me as she decided to reduce the size of our order of fries and fricadel 🍟. Knowing I was there for my birthday, I wanted to try a northern-style fricadel, and without even asking about side dishes or sauces, they just gave us a full fricadel. I now think my presence bothers them. In my opinion, they are far from being a chip shop with fair prices.

It's worth driving miles to taste real fries, and I know what I'm talking about. Amazing burgers and original sauces that actually taste good. Great team and good atmosphere. See you soon. Timothée VITALITERIE

Amazing !!!!

We come almost two or three times a month and frankly, it's always just as good! The staff are so pleasant, always smiling, and incredibly welcoming! The menu is varied, there's something for everyone! Absolutely nothing to complain about, it's top-notch.

Very unpleasant, expensive, and poor quality. I won't be going back! The Friterie de l'Horloge is much nicer and better. 👌

The atmosphere was great and everyone was in good spirits; I had a wonderful time. I highly recommend it! 👍

Living in Tourcoing, I've been going to this chip shop for several weeks now and I find it excellent. The welcome is fantastic, the food is great, and the value for money is more than fair. Despite a long queue due to the many satisfied customers, the service is quick and efficient! I highly recommend it.

I strongly advise against going there!! I ordered a double cheeseburger, a merguez sausage, and a bacon burger with a medium order of fries this past Saturday, February 7th. It's not exactly gourmet food to begin with, but the bacon burger was simply disgusting: the patties had a bizarre texture. The person who ordered it didn't eat it, and they were right not to. As for me, after eating the double cheeseburger, I felt sick almost immediately. My condition worsened over the following days, culminating in hospitalization. I was just released from the hospital today, Wednesday, February 11th, after numerous tests for an intestinal infection (mesenteric adenitis), which is food poisoning. I'll spare you the details of the symptoms! It's shameful to serve food in this condition. You seriously need to review your hygiene standards. I could take legal action, but that's not my intention. I simply want an apology and for measures to be taken to prevent this from happening to others. Please don't try to contradict my experience. This is the first time this has happened to me, and also the first time I've left such a negative and detailed review.
