First, I congratulate the owner who makes excellent traditional cuisine and the super friendly boss. You can go to this brasserie which offers homemade recipes; you must try the snails with homemade sauce, and everything on the menu is a delight! 👍

Here's a restaurant in a small village that's well worth a visit. The owner is the chef, and the cuisine is traditional, with homemade dishes and, of course, fresh ingredients. A real treat. I highly recommend it; you won't be disappointed if you enjoy, among other things, old-fashioned cooking.

Having discovered the restaurant through word of mouth, the three of us went there this evening! We received a warm welcome from the owners, who are very friendly and welcoming! We had a wonderful meal! You can tell everything is homemade with quality ingredients. I had a Welsh rarebit made by the owner "her way," which was surprising, but excellent and very generous! My parents, who were with me, also had a great meal and a lovely time! We'll definitely be back!!!
