My second order in 15 days was yesterday, and unfortunately, my second disappointment. With the first order, the manager was unpleasant and aggressive after a delivery time error that wasn't my fault. With the second order, the pizza dough wasn't what I ordered, and the toppings were very sparse. Two bad experiences in such a short time is truly regrettable.

Very good pizza today, I went, what a shame the person making the pizza said it was a cream base and sent it to the shelf above him and then he complained to the person who took my order, the poor thing, she noted it down, he didn't even take responsibility for his mistake and on top of that I asked for a 5 cheese and didn't even get the 5 cheeses, frankly very disappointed with the person making the pizzas.

Appalling. Ordered in person at 6:30 PM for home delivery. No delivery despite two follow-up calls. Thanks a lot, my guests left without eating. Great football night.

Ideally located in the center of Pérenchies! The pizzas are excellent, the welcome is warm, and the service is fast! A long-time customer, never disappointed!

The delivery was scheduled for 7:15 PM. The driver arrived half an hour late and forgot to give me the free drink. So I called again. The four-cheese pizza was overcooked. That's a shame. Up until then, I had no complaints.

A PIZZ'ELI customer since they opened (2015, I believe), I've never been disappointed, either personally or professionally. Always a warm welcome and delicious, generously topped pizzas. I highly recommend them.
