They're raking it in at McDonald's! But: Caesar salad with 3 tiny pieces of chicken, 5 croutons, and a little parmesan. Price: €10! Approximate profit margin: €9.10! What a joke…

20% price increase after midnight, the donut was missing, no straw, and no sauces. The donut, once retrieved, was rock hard. No sense of service whatsoever, no smile, no "excuse me," no "I'm sorry." Go to the McDonald's on Boulevard de Strasbourg instead; they're much nicer. A terrible experience; avoid it.

A few days ago I went there around 8:45 PM, ordered a bacon topping for €0.70 for my burger, and guess what? There was no bacon in it after all... and in the kitchen, it was a person of North African descent making the burgers. Was it a simple oversight, or perhaps she just doesn't want to touch bacon? And nobody wears a hairnet in their kitchen, so enjoy their hair in your burgers!

I've rarely had such great service at McDonald's at 2 a.m. The employees were very friendly and the service was incredibly fast; honestly, my burger finally looked like what you see on the ordering kiosk. Well done and keep up the good work! ✌🏻

The wait at the drive-thru was a real treat, lasting a full 30 minutes even though the restaurant was closed... The atmosphere in the drive-thru line was delightful. It was like a zoo.

First time in my life I've paid a 20% surcharge for an order placed after midnight... and I live in Paris! So don't go there after midnight.

I've been coming to this McDonald's for several years. I've often dealt with staff who weren't always very professional or well-trained, and there were frequent mistakes in my orders. Today, I dealt with Hugo, who was incredibly friendly and professional. Hugo takes care of his customers right from the ordering kiosk. I really appreciated his "How are you before you order?" approach; he truly had a different approach compared to all his colleagues over the years. To the management of the Ronchin McDonald's, please take note. This is important for your customers. Thanks again, Hugo.
