Thieves! I placed an order on Uber Eats with a buy-one-get-one-free offer. I only received individual items. I called the delivery driver, who told me to contact the restaurant. I called the restaurant and got someone on the phone who seemed to be the owner because it was a mobile number. He told me there must have been a problem with the app because he only saw individual items, saying he wasn't familiar with the Uber Eats offer, which is impossible. I asked him to speak to the owner, and he said he couldn't hear me anymore and that the owner wasn't there, but that he would call me back once he had checked the Uber Eats offer. He didn't call me back, so I called him again, and he told me I had to come pick up the order because there was no delivery driver. He then told me again that he couldn't do anything. I heard his colleague insulting me, so I insulted him back, and he said, "Come on, we're waiting for you." What kind of restaurant is this, run by people like that? Absolutely avoid it!

I never leave reviews, but this is clearly a scam. This restaurant claims to sell "gourmet" burgers for €15 a meal on Uber Eats and fresh homemade fries. Obviously, none of that is true. You'll receive frozen fries like you get at any cheap snack bar, and a really basic burger with bland, dry patties and tasteless cheddar cheese because the ton of sauce and salad ruins everything. There are absolutely no positive points in this order. I can add that everything was cold, the sauce container was less than half full, and the drink wasn't cold. I feel completely ripped off. Avoid this place.

New owner, no experience in fast food, nothing like the photos from the previous owner. Orange fries, tasted like frying oil. Maximum 3 drinks (unheard of!). Meat undercooked. If you like it rare, enjoy your meal. Misleading image; neither burgers nor fries are in the photos. Avoid at all costs!

An excellent gourmet burger restaurant in Roubaix! A reliable choice, with original and delicious recipes, and the same goes for the tacos. I highly recommend them! And we'll be back.

Extremely unpleasant staff!!! I do not recommend it. They mix all sorts of specialties (kebab, tacos, kap, salami, pizza, hamburgers) // There are much better places on Boulevard de Fourmis :)

We didn't know where to eat, we were craving something different, and we tried K2M Roubaix. We settled into a super cozy place and immediately felt at ease. I ordered a taco, served on a pretty board, with fresh fries (real ones, not those big pre-cut blocks) and a small salad. The cook came over to ask how we were doing and was very friendly. A few weeks later, we ordered takeout, and the service was just as good as eating in. Honestly, I really hope it takes off because it's exactly the kind of place Roubaix needs!

Be wary of reviews, even those verified by Google. I ordered a "buy one get one free" burger and never saw the second one. Since I live nearby, I went there, lol. It's not their fault, it's the fault of the platform they work with. The meal arrived with all the toppings next to the burger. It's not guys like Nicolas or Ludovic who eat there, but guys like Kader and Wech. The nerve to give me the second burger at half price, lol! I left my order on the counter and then they call themselves Muslim...ma... MUZULMENT.

The burger was incredibly delicious, and you could really taste the ingredients—I loved it! The staff was very friendly, no complaints there. I do have one small complaint about the fries, though. While not bad, they clearly don't hold up well in their paper bags; a recyclable cardboard box would be much better in my opinion. I would still recommend it! 👍
