I stopped by the bakery yesterday around 7 p.m. When I went in, I said hello. There were no customers, only the staff, but none of them bothered to reply. Complete silence. I pointed out to them that, even at the end of the day, responding to a greeting is simply a matter of politeness. The service was truly disappointing and unprofessional. To top it all off, the apple pie I bought was barely cooked. It's a shame, because a warm welcome and quality products are the foundation of a good bakery.

The cleanliness is appalling; the tables, chairs, nothing is cleaned, and the toilets are truly appalling.

Absolutely disgusting experience. 🤮🤮🤮🤢 I bought a loaf of bread from your bakery and, while eating it in my car, I discovered several insects embedded in the crumb. Unfortunately, I only realized this after I had already eaten some of it. You can imagine the disgust and concern this causes when you realize you may have unknowingly eaten an insect. This is unacceptable for a food establishment. I took photos that clearly show the problem. Beyond the health aspect, the experience is extremely shocking and sickening for a customer. I demand a full refund and expect an explanation regarding the hygiene controls in place to prevent such a situation from happening again. Very disappointed. I never thought I would find an insect in my bread after buying from a business like yours. Absolutely disgusting!

Very disappointing! The advertised breakfast offers were not available, and they offered items individually at a higher price. The advertised pastry offers were also unavailable (e.g., mille-feuille croissants), and the pastries were handled with no care whatsoever.

A quick sweep after lunch service would be welcome, as well as cleaning the tables and chairs. Otherwise, the staff are welcoming.

The baguette was burnt and poorly made. This isn't the first time! What's more, your baguette is rock hard by the time you eat it at lunchtime or in the afternoon.

I'm still looking for the sauce in my poké bowl… The rice was so dry that I felt like I was choking with every bite.

The staff were very friendly, there was plenty of space, and the toilets, as is often the case in recovery situations, were available, but the delay was deplorable.

The waitress is awful, she doesn't respect the customers. I'm not talking about all of them, but about today, Thursday, April 2nd, at 6:45 PM exactly.

On my first visit, I was very disappointed with the Nordic pizza. There were only eight measly pieces of salmon for one of the most expensive pizzas; I find that very disappointing, bordering on a rip-off. I shouldn't have accepted the loyalty card; I'm not sure I'll be back.
