We arrived just at noon. As a result, it was spotless and smelled wonderful. The restrooms were also clean. No complaints about the service or the quantity of food. The products were piping hot.

Could we have a complete order, please? This time all the fries are missing! (3)

He's a do guy

Another incomplete order… A Happy Meal without the toy… Great. My 4-year-old son was so disappointed. Your meals have already become very expensive for the portion sizes; you should at least make sure the orders are complete. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time: once a burger was missing, another time a cheddar/bacon fries were forgotten, and now more mistakes. The order in question: Double Fish NY, 20 Nuggets, Beef Deal, and Double Cheeseburger (using my loyalty card). I ordered a Coke without ice, and I finally discovered I was served a Sugar-Free Coke. I also ordered BBQ sauce, Creamy sauce, and Chinese sauce. The result: two BBQ sauces and one Creamy sauce, still no Chinese sauce. Not to mention the napkins we now have to ask for every time… And the worst part is, there was absolutely no rush: only one car at the drive-thru and very few people inside the restaurant. Today, I'm so upset for my 4-year-old son that I can't even enjoy my own meal. For a child, a Happy Meal without a toy is no small thing. Order #127 of 07/16/2026 at 12:27 PM. The most frustrating thing is the accumulation. If this had been the first mistake, I wouldn't have even bothered leaving a review. But after a year of repeated oversights and errors, there comes a point where it needs to be reported. Your prices have gone up, but the quality of service hasn't kept pace. When you pay for an order, you simply expect to receive what you ordered. Thanks to my loyalty card, you can easily find my contact information if you'd like to discuss this further and understand why I left this one star. I almost never post negative reviews. If I'm doing so today, it's because we're fed up with seeing the same mistakes repeated. I sincerely hope that measures will be taken to strengthen order checks before delivery to customers, because this level of recurring errors is simply unacceptable.

The burgers are getting smaller and smaller, while the prices are rising... the waitress messed up our simple order... the place is dirty and the tables are never wiped down. If you absolutely have to, take it to the drive-thru!

Overall, it's good, and it's nice to be calm in a McDonald's.

Two milkshakes at €2.70 each, and there's nothing in them. I go to the counter and they ask, "So what? What do you want? The machine's breaking down." Well, in that case, don't offer anything... Lost €5.40. And then I hear a woman behind me yelling at the employees, "Come on, let's speed things up!!" It doesn't make me want to go back.

Too many oversights with orders, unpleasant staff, and zero trust in their customers. The guy checked the cameras only to finally tell me, "There was indeed an oversight: cold fries from the flight..."

Catastrophic! As a long-time customer, this is the last straw! The quality of service has deteriorated significantly in recent months. Today, Sunday, July 5th, I waited 30 minutes at the drive-thru at 10 PM, and there was no particular rush either at the drive-thru or inside. The person taking my order was barely polite and didn't offer a single apology for the wait at payment or order pickup (30 minutes)!! The large fries looked like they came with a Happy Meal (photos attached), the burgers were cold, the Coke was lukewarm and without ice, and there was no sauce or napkin in the bag… at this price, it's unacceptable! Just another disappointment. What a shame.

Coming on a Sunday, going to the drive-thru, having three orders ahead of me, waiting 35 minutes to be served, not getting napkins, sauces, and cold food and a hot drink. Never again.

As always, it's difficult to find a clean table... if it's not the table, it's the chairs... 🙄

I'll choose better next time!!!! The woman at the drive-thru was incredibly unpleasant!!!! Not understanding the €2 McDonald's sandwich promotion... I knocked on the drive-thru window for an explanation... "The man's text message reply: 'You should have ordered through the app!'" No smile, no further explanation... nothing! Next time... KFC or Burger King, but never McDonald's again!

I went there last night and ordered a Maxi Best Of MC Extreme double meat burger, but I got a single meat burger instead. So I paid €6 more for a burger I didn't even get. This is the second time this has happened in a short period; I had the same problem with a Big Tasty. It's not right. You already have to check the bag to make sure your order is complete because there are often mistakes, and now you're even going to have to open the bags at the counter to check that the burgers are the right ones?

It's expensive and not good. The price of a restaurant meal for a hamburger and fries.
