McDonald's

We just ordered ice cream. A total wait of one hour for drive-thru pickup and order collection. The ice cream was put in small cups. As a result, the ice cream was liquid and uneaten.

I hesitated for a long time before leaving a review. Every time we eat in, it's cold, and when we order delivery, something is always missing. I'm fed up with the apologies. They suggest we come in person; if I order delivery, it's to avoid any hassle. How do I explain to a kid who doesn't get dessert or a toy in their Happy Meal?

😤😤🤔🤔 I'm having trouble understanding. I came today, July 20, 2026, and it's still the same problem with slow service. We've been waiting for over 15 minutes for two measly hamburgers 😡😡 I don't understand. For a fast-food restaurant, it's always the same place. I think there's a problem! Hello, I ordered three ice creams on July 26, 2026, at 2:10 PM. It's now July 27, and still no ice cream, even though there are two of us in the restaurant. I don't understand, and it's always the same McDonald's 😡😡

Getting worse and worse. I ordered two sundaes, and these are rat-sized portions for €3.60!!! €3.60!!! Ugh! Ronald, you old rat! The ice cream looks like nothing. It looks like a barista threw up in it…

We had dinner here because the car needed to charge; bad choice. I had two hamburgers and an ice cream. One hamburger was cold. The ice cream was more like a milkshake. We looked for a spot outside, but that was quite difficult. Everything was dirty and filthy; trash wasn't cleaned up. Then you just want to use the toilet. That's when it gets even worse, as if it had never been cleaned. Very bad experience.

I went to the drive-thru on July 24th around 9:30 PM. I waited 3-4 minutes and there was no one to take my order… I left, unbelievable.

I waited for the order to come 45 minutes and it wasn't even hot it was colder than if they kept it outside. I don't recommend going there especially with kids.

We just got back from vacation and, to avoid cooking, we went to McDonald's to save time and make my kids happy. So we ordered at the kiosk. We waited for over 20 minutes. Mind you, it was 3 pm, so it wasn't too busy and not particularly busy. I went to the counter, remaining polite and courteous, to ask if my order was ready. The employee there at the time told me, in an aggressive manner, that I was all alone, that there were other customers, that I'd quit, and what was your order? I was stunned by the way she spoke to me. "Serves me, I'm not a dog, I'm a customer!" I asked to speak to the manager, who remained silent, without an apology, in short, no comment. I got my order, and while I was watching the manager in the kitchen, I saw him laughing with this employee. I didn't say anything, but politeness, friendliness, and courtesy are clearly not the words used in this McDonald's. Next time we won't push open the door of that McDonald's.

Terrible service, unpleasant, they shuffle their shoes while working, undercooked fries, menu served at a snail's pace, a disaster. I understand they're busy, but in that case, hire more staff 😉

Missing products and long wait times…

It's always the same old story with this Donald's guy. The drive-thru is a disaster between 2 pm and 6 pm, the staff are completely overwhelmed, and you have to wait 20 minutes for your order. Unbelievable!

I came to McDonald's and the self-service kiosks were malfunctioning. The manager came to help me, called Priscilla over to take my order, very quietly, she just kept sighing. I left, it was a disaster.

When we ordered, several things were missing: the nectarines, the books, and the sauces. I had also ordered a Daim Caramel McFlurry, but there was barely any caramel sauce and almost no Daim pieces. So we went back to the counter to get the missing items. A brunette employee greeted us in a particularly unpleasant manner and threw the sauces, books, and nectarines onto the counter without a smile or a word of apology. We had simply asked what was missing from our order, nothing more. Mistakes can happen in any restaurant; that's not the issue. However, the lack of professionalism and respect for customers is much harder to accept. Between an incomplete order and such a cold welcome, the experience was very disappointing. I absolutely do not recommend this McDonald's and I will not be returning.

I just left. It was a disaster. The staff is incredibly rude; I've never seen anything like it. My friend ordered a McFlurry, and they only filled it halfway. My friend and I didn't get our desserts or sauces. We went back to ask for them, and the brunette woman sighed and threw them on the counter. It's unacceptable! I absolutely do not recommend it; I will never go back. They really need to replace this awful staff.

I came in very disappointed. My Happy Meal had no sauce, no toy, no dessert, my McFlurry had no sauce, and my sundae had no peanuts. I went to see her (a brunette) and she told me they were out of stock. I asked the manager, and she gave me some, so that's strange. Then I went back for the sauces, and she just slapped them on the table. Very unpleasant. I definitely don't recommend this place! I won't be back, and I wouldn't recommend this McDonald's to anyone! The employees need to be re-evaluated.
