I ordered a vegetarian option and got bacon… It was a drive-thru, so obviously I left… I called, no apology, like a robot she asked me if I'd be back or if she wanted to add me to the customer database… You should all find another line of work!

Hello, I placed my order around 12:20 AM this Thursday, July 23rd. I know it's closing time, but I'd rather be told that the product is out of stock than be served an order with more than half of it poorly prepared and recipes not followed, especially considering the current prices. A harissa wrap with just chicken and sauce, a cheeseburger without onions or pickles, and to top it all off, only half a slice of cheddar cheese, not to mention the steaks which were way overcooked, lukewarm, and dry… A serious lack of professionalism and respect on the part of your employees. Sincerely.

Unpleasant place that refused to accept my order because I only had a €100 bill 🤣🤣

Extremely disappointed for my little 2 and a half year old who was so excited to open his Happy Meal. Absolutely disastrous. I would have preferred to give it zero stars.

An absolutely unacceptable experience. A 19-minute wait at the drive-thru, even though we were the only customers, for an order of just two meals. That's already hard to accept, but the worst part was the staff's reaction. When I simply asked for two barbecue sauces as a goodwill gesture to compensate for the abnormally long wait, I was told: "There are important people coming, if I give you the two sauces, I'll get in trouble." So, for two sauces, there are "important people" watching and who might complain. But making a customer wait 19 minutes without any explanation or apology for two meals? Apparently, no one will say a word. It's not the price of the sauces that bothers me; it's the complete lack of consideration for the customer. A simple goodwill gesture and an apology would have been enough to defuse the situation. Instead, we left with the feeling that the customer is completely irrelevant. One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a McDonald's. I won't be going back.

I came today for 1 coffee, 2 mcfluries and a drink, 30 minutes later I had to get up to find out where my order was, because still nothing… yet you can’t say there were many people in the restaurant!

Ordered a veggie wrap for takeout on July 14th. They gave me a wrap labeled as chicken. I had to make the trip back and forth; it was definitely a veggie wrap. Really? They can't even stick a label on it properly??? No compensation for the inconvenience/trip. Just snickers.

Dirty tables, not to mention the restrooms... which are absolutely filthy. The staff is completely exhausted, unfriendly, and unwelcoming, and the wait was incredibly long just for three ice creams served to the table with complete indifference. The icing on the cake! This isn't the first time I've witnessed such mediocrity! We won't be going back.
