Triolo Pizza

If we could give zero stars, we would. Basically, we're eating a very thin crust; it's not pizza. So when you order, don't expect a melt-in-your-mouth pizza. It's completely dry and flat, making you wonder if they even have all the ingredients. If it's so expensive, they might as well make smaller pizzas that are loaded with toppings and melt in your mouth...

I've eaten at this pizzeria several times before, and it's always been fine. But this time, was it because we came as a group of 12-15 people that they rushed the preparation? I've never eaten a pizza with so little flavor and so few toppings (even if it was frozen, that's saying something). A real disappointment, especially since we came as a group. I sincerely hope it was an accident, but even so, it makes you wonder how they can serve such a poor result to their customers. I'll try again, given my previous visits, and I want to believe it was an accident, but if it happens again, it will be the last time.

I'm a regular customer of your pizzas, and recently I ordered two. The crust was VERY, VERY THIN!! There wasn't much in the way of toppings, which is a shame…

Good pizza and fast, friendly service.

I'm a regular customer of this pizzeria, but this time I was really disappointed. On Monday, April 27th, after work, I picked up my order without checking it, trusting them. When I got home, I found that all four pizzas were burnt, to the point where it was hard to distinguish the different toppings. They were clearly inedible. Since I live quite far away, I didn't return the order, but it's very frustrating. Especially since this isn't the first time: it's the second time this has happened. I hope this problem will be addressed, because it's a shame for a loyal customer.

Honestly, I've always eaten there, no complaints, but tonight I had a pizza without an egg. You called them to complain, and they didn't react at all, and then they hung up on you. It's a disgrace! The customer is king, and besides, the goat cheese on the pizza was disgusting, barely edible. I don't think I'll be going back. It's a disgrace.

Hello, superb experience, very friendly and efficient staff. As for the food, it was top-notch. Perfect value for money. I highly recommend it. A very good and professional team.
