I highly recommend Le Borsalino restaurant. First of all, the food is excellent, the staff is very pleasant, and the table service is impeccable. A special mention goes to Louise, who is radiant and incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease immediately upon my arrival. I also want to thank all the staff for bringing my dessert while singing "Happy Birthday" with the whole restaurant; it was touching and (a little embarrassing for me) because I'm a bit too reserved. 😊 I had a wonderful evening with my son Alan for my birthday present at this superb restaurant. We will definitely be back.

First experience very good. Subsequent experiences disappointing. The service was partly inexperienced and biased, preventing us from fully appreciating the meal and everything on the menu. Fortunately, we had a very kind waiter (and a kind person taking our order) at the end, whose name we unfortunately don't know, who left us with a very positive impression.
