On May 25, I came to pick up three baguettes. When I got home, I realized that not all the baguettes were cooked through; it's getting worse and worse! It's not what it used to be!

I went as usual and was greeted by Maeva, who had a radiant smile and provided excellent service. It was the best welcome I've received since I started shopping at this store.

Very good, affordable, and generous pizzas ("huge" even), and an employee who LOVES making them (her words). Top-notch.

I buy bread for the week and freeze it; I've never had any problems with their bread. Once, I got a loaf with a hole in it. I took pictures, showed them, and the waitress gave me another loaf and called the baker to show him. Even day-old bread lasts for several days. The baguette has gone up by 20 cents and shrunk by 10 cm... The croissant is €1.20. I go to a real bakery. But where are our smiling, friendly sales assistants? Getting worse and worse... Avoid at all costs.

I want to highlight Aurélie and Fama, two very friendly and welcoming saleswomen. Tessa and Amandine were also there, but they've left, which I regret. The four of them together created a great atmosphere and a real team spirit. I'm giving it three stars because this week, I went to buy my baguette around 6:30 pm and there were only burnt baguettes left… the bakery closes at 7:30 pm, and it's really disappointing that there are no baguettes left at that time. If I keep coming back, it's solely because of Fama and Aurélie…

A pan bagnat for €7 in a size suitable for a 3-year-old... avoid it.

If you're allergic to seeds, be careful; they don't clean the equipment, which means there are burnt sesame seeds stuck to the chopsticks, and it's not the first time I've noticed it. Furthermore, the service is appalling. There used to be a smiling and welcoming young woman, but she's no longer there. No smiles, it's almost as if you're bothering them. There's no politeness; they give you your change without even looking at you or saying goodbye; they don't have time, they must be chatting amongst themselves. A bakery with a serious lack of customer service. Five customers were waiting while one employee was busy with another, and yet another was busy preparing the chocolate croissants and regular croissants at 6 PM... I waited patiently for a baguette, and then the wait started all over again when I got home... In short, avoid it.

A soggy sandwich, a baguette that's getting lighter and lighter, weighed for quality control. Disappointing... A shame, because it's normally delicious.

The bare minimum for a bakery is to respect basic hygiene rules: you don't touch customers' bread with hands that have just greeted them and handled change! It's disgusting for the customer and gives a low-quality image of the establishment.

I arrived at 7:45 am. The doors were wide open and there was music playing inside, so I walked from my car, parked across the street, to the shop. I was greeted curtly by an employee who told me it wouldn't open for another 15 minutes… in other words, not before 8:00 am. For a shop, that's strange and late… well, since I like Blachère products, I waited… I went into the shop at 8:00 am, and there was nothing there… no baguettes, just the usual breads, and for pastries, only pain au chocolat and croissants… frankly, with such a late opening, you'd expect the basic products to be available… in short, I was disappointed with this Blachère. Where I live, Blachère opens at 6:30 am, which is much better for people who work. The employees are friendlier, and when I go at opening time, I have a better selection…
