McDonald's

The one in Wattrelos (Sartel) is a disaster! Four fries practically fighting over each other, and sundaes at €3 each... I honestly think I would have been better off getting a kids' ice cream! Even my 6-year-old daughter was still hungry after her meal, and she doesn't eat much! At those prices, I won't be going to McDonald's next time! 😠

The manager was very understanding and calm during an altercation with a couple of customers who were not taking responsibility for their mistake; very professional!

All three meals were cold. Fries and burgers alike. We asked for them to be reheated, but the servers weren't happy about it at all, even though the place was practically deserted.

Visited your establishment on Friday, July 3rd. None of the self-service kiosks were working, and the menus were completely unreadable. The service was a disaster; no smiles or friendliness needed improvement. My order was incomplete every time, even though the restaurant and drive-thru were empty. The wait time was enormous. This was my last visit to your establishment.

It's gotten worse and worse since I first met them! Cleanliness leaves much to be desired, staff members were on dates (while a family asked for a table to be cleaned), and their response was, "We're waiting for drive-thru orders." So much for teamwork! A kid laughed at me because I asked for my steak to be cooked twice (I'm a customer, I pay, and I have my reasons). This MCD is a joke, it's awful.

Shameful! 4 euros for that! Avoid at all costs!

This McDonald's has become a garbage dump; the toilets are filthy and clogged, not to mention the state of the restaurant itself! I fled the one in Lys-Lez-Lannoy for the same reasons. Shame on you!

The building was dirty and you saw the shit floating in the toilet

I ordered takeout, 20 minutes to pick up my order. I ordered two beef burgers without vegetables, I received two fish burgers loaded with vegetables…

Disappointed, they always forget something...

The order was cold, the children's menu was missing, they gave water in both meals even though I ordered Coke, there were no sauces, no wrappers, and too many things were missing from the order. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL
